How does my company compete for fusion business?
Download our fusion technologies checklist and see if what you provide is listed, if it is then you need to register in the Fusion and Industry ITER supplier database to keep fully informed of new business opportunities.
Fusion and industry database
The fusion and industry database is for UK companies wishing to compete for fusion contracts from various programmes including ITER, JET, MAST, and from other fusion laboratories. The UK Atomic Energy Authority is often asked to recommend suitably qualified and experienced UK companies. By registering here we are able to suggest names of appropriate companies for relevant projects.
Also, registered companies usually receive e-news notifying them of any tendering opportunity, news, together with details of fusion projects and technology-related events, workshops and exhibitions organised by the UK Atomic Energy Authority and other organisations.
In addition, you will also receive our regular Fusion Business e-zine containing news of fusion projects, details of briefing events, ‘Meet the Buyer’ and workshops related to ITER and other projects.
Please click here to register on the fusion and industry database. You will need to register to access the contracts Information page.
Companies wishing to supply to ITER either as a main contractor or as a sub-contractor, should also register their interest with ‘Fusion for Energy’. For latest procurement opportunities please see…
To receive procurement alerts direct from F4E register here.
JET and MAST
Details of project news and opportunities arising from MAST and JET can also be found by visiting United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority web site. Where projects are above a certain value, the tendering opportunities are published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and companies are encouraged to respond in-line with the requirements of OJEU.
